Where we ship

We ship across Canada and the United States.

Shipping rates

Canada: a flat $12 CAD per order, and free on orders of $80 CAD or more.

United States: a flat $5 USD per order, and free on orders of $50 USD or more. Prices and shipping are shown in US dollars at checkout.

Coffee and merch both count towards free shipping. You only ever pay shipping once per order, even if it arrives in more than one package.

Duties and taxes for US orders

Our coffee is roasted and shipped from Canada, so US orders that include coffee may be charged import duties or fees by the carrier on delivery. These are not included in our prices and are the customer's responsibility. Most merch for US orders is made and shipped within the United States.

Coffee and merch ship separately

Our coffee and our merch are made in different places, so if your order includes both, they will arrive in separate packages, often on different days. You'll get a separate shipping confirmation and tracking link for each package. If you ordered more than one merch item, those may also arrive separately.

Coffee

Coffee is roasted to order and usually ships within 2 business days. Delivery typically takes 3 to 5 business days after it ships within Canada, and around 5 to 10 business days to the United States.

Merch (tees, caps and totes)

Every merch piece is printed or embroidered just for you once you order, so it takes a little longer than coffee. Production usually takes 3 to 7 business days, and most merch arrives within 1 to 2 weeks of ordering.

Our Espresso-coloured caps are made and shipped from the United States, so Canadian customers should allow 9 to 12 business days for those to arrive.

Delays

All times above are estimates. Occasional carrier and customs delays can happen, especially during busy periods.
