How long does a bag last?
A 225 g bag makes about 15 cups, so one cup a day lasts about two weeks. That's why most people choose two bags.
How does the Coffee Ritual work?
You get 2 bags (about 30 cups, a month of daily coffee) on the same date every month. You pay the same price as a one-time 2-bag order, and you never pay shipping. Your price is locked for 12 months. Your card is charged each month when your order is created. It renews monthly until you cancel. How fast does it ship?
Every bag is roasted to order and ships within 2 business days with tracking. Standard delivery is 3 to 5 business days after it ships, anywhere in Canada. Shipping is a flat $12, or free on orders of $80 or more. Coffee Ritual subscriptions always ship free in Canada.
What if my bag arrives damaged?
Email hello@calmcoffeecompany.com within 14 days with your order number and a photo, and we'll send a replacement at no cost.
Is it decaf, or meant to make me sleepy?
No. It's regular caffeinated coffee. The calm is about the ritual around it.
